It looks like Brett is serious about retiring this time, if this report is true.  Brett had a great career and I for one am thankful for the one great season he provided us, it was a lot of fun! Have fun on the farm Favre.

Brett Favre has insisted for months that the 2010 season was his last, and he’s following up on that in 2011.Alex Marvez of FOX Sports is reporting that Favre has officially filed his retirement papers, a step toward actually retiring from football and not just saying he’s retiring.
